Our goal at Chef Steph SF is to provide you with healthy, seasonal, family friendly meals so that you can enjoy more time with your family instead of deciding on meals, shopping, and cooking. We aim to make it as convenient as possible for you while at the same time limiting our waste products. Everything is delivered in glass containers that are safe for the oven, dishwasher and microwave. Please read the following
guidelines and initial where indicated:
All meals for the week will be delivered on Tuesdays between 1 pm and 6 pm.
Meals will either be placed in a safe location outside of your house in a cooler bag with ice or inside your fridge.
All meals will be delivered in glass containers, which are suitable for the oven, freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
Please take off plastic lids when heating in oven or microwave.
Please take caution in placing glassware on a cold surface after it has been heated as it may crack.
Please read and follow all reheating instructions carefully. Proteins are often intentionally undercooked: please reheat to your desired doneness ensuring meat is cooked through.
The menu order suggests the order in which you should consume your meals over the week.
Please remove labels and wash glassware after use.
After washing, place lid on glass container and stack them on top of each other. Do not “nest” containers as they may crack.
All glassware will be picked up the following Tuesday. Please have glassware washed and in bag ready to go.
Please call or email the Friday before delivery for cancellation. Late cancellation will result in 50% charge.
Payment may be made by check or cash at the time of delivery for that week’s meals. Make check payable to “Chef Steph SF”
